Game News
Undergrove
Undergrove is fully available in the US! If you’ve had a chance to play, it’s a help if you leave a rating on Board Game Geek. (Sign in, then click on the row of stars under the credits.) Especially if you liked it!
Other projects
I’m actively playtesting the next Wingspan expansion (which I think is almost done), and also some other projects I’m not talking about yet. Stay tuned!
Miscellaneous Media
The New York Times gardening column did an article about my yard, focused on how my spouse and I both try to connect people to nature.
Jamey Stegmaier from Stonemaier Games published a video with his 10 Favorite Birds from Wingspan and Wyrmspan
I discovered a YouTube channel called Bits and Biology, and it was really fun to see their playthrough of The Fox Experiment — they talk more about the science behind the game than your average board game reviewer.
Critter of the Month
The Limpkin is one of many wonderful birds that hasn’t made it into Wingspan (yet?). This one had something to say about it while I was recently in Florida. They’re big wading birds that specialize in eating snails.
Stay warm —
❤️
